About Elisa
Elisa believes that diversity and equitable representation of
ideas fosters better outcomes. With more than 20 years of global
experience in human resources leadership, she has led
transformational changes in multiple industries across
organizations from start up to Fortune 10.
While she currently resides in San Francisco, California, she’s
lived and held leadership positions in Paris, Singapore, Tokyo and
Seoul which allows her to bring a global, macroeconomic
perspective to all her engagements.
She has a BA in Language Arts and is an MA candidate in Human
Resource Development. She has several assessment qualifications,
is certified in multiple leadership development programs, is a
member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a
graduate of the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Elisa has also
led the development of internal
executive development programs in partnership with Stanford
University and University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of
Business. In addition, Elisa has worked with Thought Leaders from
Harvard University, University of Chicago, Northwestern University
– Kellogg School of Management.
Elisa is an adopted Korean who grew up outside of Minneapolis, MN.
She has a passion for growing both emerging and executive leaders
focusing on women and diverse populations. Elisa enjoys volunteer
work related to education, immigration and enjoys cooking, hiking
and traveling.
